I never thought it would happen to me. In fact, I never really believed in it or thought of the possibility of it being real. Now I am one of those who have the symptoms and actually have had for a while if I think back, only now they are more intense and have pushed me to research this condition seeking to understand what is happening to me . Ascension I have been reading is the process of shifting into a higher vibration. Apparently the earth is going through this transformation and taking a lot of us with it. This higher vibration is affecting everyone whether they know it or not. Some of us have agreed to co-0perate with this process at a time and place we do not remember, but it is part of our evolutionary process.

The symptoms are many and various from unexplained headaches, blurry eyesight, pressure, sinus conditions, heart palpitations, movement of energy in various places in the body, prickling, itching , inability to focus, unexplained emotions etc ., lucid dreams, the list goes on. As all of these can also be a medical condition it is important to see your doctor if you are worried.

Looking back over the year,I can see I have experienced many of these symptoms for which doctors were unable to find a cause. I have had the sinus condition, heart palpitations, trouble focusing the eyes. I have seen lights and smelled scents that had no observable source.

Right now I am feeling like my head and hair are being touched and I feel a pins and needles energy running through my body. I have read that this is about releasing old energy and blocks that may be entirely unconscious. This can be uncomfortable, but it helps to understand that the body is being prepared to carry more light, a higher frequency, and to be able to do this the old material has to be discharged. Much of the work happens when I am relaxed or trying to sleep which has it’s challenges. But I have found that I can ask my angels, guides and ancestors to tone it down when it gets too intense or give me a break on some nights if it is in my highest good to do so.

Some practices that have helped me are: meditation, breath work, reiki and massage. It is also important to eat well and exercise, get adequate rest, and don’t go into fear, trust that this is a natural process of evolution orchestrated by the creator for the highest good of all.

God Is


God is the underlying energy in all things

The light at the heart of every cell and atom

The gravity that attracts

The divine artist

The all pervading intelligence of the universe

The sweet and peaceful center of the hurricane

Creating, destroying, but remaining the same

The beginning, the ending and the middle

The source of everything manifest

Everything and nothing

Here and there and nowhere

Love beyond understanding

The open heart

The mystery

There is nowhere God is not

And where God is

All is well


Forgiveness is a Noun


To give before it is even necessary

As if nothing had happened

And nothing did

No one can damage your spirit

Unless you let them

Forgiveness is a state of being

Open, allowing

Understanding that all unloving acts

Come from pain

And you are not guilty

Forgiveness is a way of being in the world

But not of it

Not a victim or a victimizer

But a soul standing in wholeness

And compassion


To let go of the past 

And be present now

with nothing tugging at your sleeve

Believing is not Knowing


To believe is not the same as knowing

Knowing stands unsupported by belief

Knowing always was and  always will be

The innermost core of your being

Believing is just something you learned

Useful for a time , maybe

But ultimately beliefs separate

Knowing comes from the place where all is one

Where we’re all the same

Truth cannot be defined by belief

The truth that we always knew

The truth we are beginning to remember…..

We See What We Believe

Beliefs are the lens

Determining our vision

The physic structure we live within

Take a walk inside

Is  this physic house too small

Shall we change it for a larger one

With, perhaps more windows and doors

Or perhaps we could step out of it altogether

And live here in the open

Just being

One with it all

No belief structure needed


Don’t Believe Everything You Think


Thoughts are mysterious

Where do they come from

Where do they go

Are they even really ours

Or are they just passing through

Some thoughts become beliefs

A bunch together make a story


Unless we believe every thing we think

A trap, self limiting

Do you think you are your thoughts

Do you feel the need to defend them

Are you attached to your stories

Or can you retell them a different way

Or let go of them altogether

Do the stories you tell yourself  define who you are

Or do you know that you are the infinite space

In which they occur

Do you let them come and go as they will

Without  identifying

You are that peace undefinable


Thoughts are your play

Not your job.

Clearing Emotions


In our busy world we often don’t take time to feel our emotions

Depression is rampant

But depression is just the result of putting a lid on feeling

The determination not to feel anything

When emotions get stuck 

Numbness is the result

Normally feelings move

Like clouds across the sky

Feelings are just weather

Sometimes it’s sunny 

And sometimes it rains

And sometimes there’s a big storm

And then it clears

All that is necessary to move emotions

Is to sit quietly and observe them

Let go of the story and repetitive thinking

That keeps them stuck

Just feel them purely


Allow them to be

If there is resistance

Feel the fear


Let it be

Unless you want to hold onto the cloudy day

The mind will clear

Hint:  When you are feeling your emotions be aware of your breath.   Holding your breath keeps the energy of the          feeling from moving.



Gratitude leads to love 

As fear drives anger

The practice of gratitude

Lifts our vibration

As anger and fear lower it

When we feel gratitude

We feel light and free

More light becomes available

No matter how dark things see

There is always something to be grateful for

One thing appreciated

Can open a crack for the light to get in

Even when all seems lost

We can be grateful we are held

By a vast and loving presence

That permeates our being

And know despite all seeming

All will be well.

Criticism is Always Destructive


There is no such thing as constructive criticism

What is really happening is that the critic

Gets to feel superior under the guise of being helpful

And if the criticized one is upset

Then they are told they are too sensitive

And that the critic only had their best interest at heart.

Far better to encourage and show by example

Practice kindness, not criticism

With all you meet, including yourself

It brings out the best in everyone it touches

Yin and Yang


Both yin and yang

Light and dark

Up and down

Round and round

You can’t have one without the other

There is no beloved without the lover

But when you are one

The two are wedded

You’re not of the world and the world is not ended

The world contains both black and white

Contain them all in your self

And remain upright

Right and wrong

Good and bad

Two sides of a coin which make a whole

To stand in the center is the goal

To ride the waves, your balance sure

Strengthen your sea legs

That’s the cure

When all around you is at sea

Stand in your truth

And let it be



Judgement or Discernment


When we judge something as good or bad

We are saying it shouldn’t be in our world

The price we pay is to shut off a part of ourselves

Closing our hearts to what is possible

A part of us becomes numb

But when we are open to all people and circumstances

Without judgement

We are in the moment and in touch

With our larger being, peaceful  and changeless

Connected to all of life

Aligned with what is

Aligned and connected

We can then tune into  discernment

Discernment  is like a humming bird

It is the inner radar which is tuned to sweetness

The hummingbird doesn’t  fly around judging the flowers

But feeling one with all that is

Allows the universal intelligence to guide her to the sweet flowers

We all have this radar inside of us

This compass

When we put judgments aside and listen

When we stop judging out of our past conditioning

And are willing to follow our inner compass

Beyond two dimensional judgments of good or bad

The  multi dimensional universal intelligence

Will guide us to the sweetness



A feeling of inner or outer struggle is the result of resistance to what is.

The paradox is, that when you stop resisting anything

When you accept the inner and outer experience

You become unstuck

You are drawn into the natural flow of life

Shoulds are the Lock on Beliefs


A thought beginning with the word,” should”

Is a lock on a belief that says it’s true and can’t be changed

The paradox is the actual belief is opposite from the,”should”statement

For example, if you find a familiar thought is,” People should be kind”

You are really saying people are unkind

With that as a core belief

You will see unkindness everywhere

And attract those who are truly unkind just to prove it

The truth is everyone is both kind and unkind

To unlock this belief, be kind yourself and

associate with those who are kind also

No” shoulds” about it

Thoughts are Creative


You see what you believe

Beliefs are thoughts with emotion behind them

Something you decided in the past

Which becomes your way of seeing

Your way of making sense of the world

Usually formulated in childhood

For good or ill

Sometimes we are not really conscious of what we believe

Take a look at your life

What you believe is reflected there

Beliefs limit your experience

Till you really take a closer look

And decide if they are still true 

Do these habitual thoughts still  work for you

Or do you need to let them go

And step into a more spacious reallity
